Harry Theadora Foster est artiste et créateur en danse, actuellement basé à Londres. En 2022, il a rejoint la compagnie Akram Khan et s’est produit sur 40 pays et 5 continents avec le spectacle Jungle Book Reimagined. Il est également artiste invité au National Ballet of Ireland.

Harry a collaboré avec des chorégraphes tels que James Cousins, CLOD Ensemble, Jess & Morgs, Christopher Bruce, Richard Alston Dance, Richard Chappell Dance et Tim Casson (Casson and Friends Dance), entre autres. Il a créé plusieurs films de danse et présenté ses propres créations au Royaume-Uni et à l’international, et il a cofondé l’Elbow Dance Collective en 2021.

Il est artiste associé en formation au English National Ballet et enseigne en freelance pour Akram Khan Company, Rambert School, London Children’s Ballet, Acosta Dance Centre. Il dirige également ses propres masterclasses à Taizhou (Chine), São Paulo et Tokyo.

Le workshop Technique et Répertoire de la CIE Akram Khan commence par un échauffement explorant le corps comme expérience et reliant l’énergie individuelle et collective. Le cours se poursuit par l’apprentissage de sections chorégraphiques extraites du spectacle Jungle Book Reimagined.

Harry Theadora Foster is a dance artist and maker currently based in
London. In 2022 he joined Akram Khan Company, since performing across 40
countries and 5 continents with the show Jungle Book reimagined. He is
also a guest artist at The National Ballet of Ireland. He has
collaborated with choreographers such as James Cousins, CLOD Ensemble,
Jess & Morgs, Christopher Bruce, Richard Alston Dance, Richard Chappell
Dance and Tim Casson (Casson and Friends Dance), among others.  He has
created a number of dance films and staged his own work in the UK and
internationally, as well as co-founding Elbow Dance Collective in 2021.

He is an Associate Artist-in-training at English National Ballet, a
freelance teacher for Akram Khan Company, Rambert School, London
Children’s Ballet, Acosta Dance Centre, and has led his own
masterclasses in Taizhou, China, São Paulo, and Tokyo._

Beginning with a warm-up that explores the body as an experience and
connects individual and collective energy, the AKC Repertoire Workshop
will progress into learning choreographic sections from Jungle Book
reimagined.
